Companies that place products on the market have legal requirements prior to selling their products. Typically, there must be recognized natural
Responsible Person for the specific region of interest. This is the person to whom the government will communicate for legal and health concerns
associated with the product(s). This Responsible Person will have a scientific background and hold the technical file required for the region.
International Cosmetics and Chemical Services, Ltd, (Ireland and/or UK) may be able to assist with the technical files and Safety Assessments to fulfill
these basic requirements.

As your liaison with the local Responsible Person, we would be able to provide a clear understanding of the documents, and their legalization can be
streamlined to supplement the product files where necessary.
